From the Domestic Terminal:

Exit the terminal and take the escalators up to the sky bridge. Turn right under the ‘Buses & Coaches A&B’ sign near the Air Train and proceed to Bus Zone B1/B2. Look for the Simba Bus.

From the International Terminal:

After clearing customs, turn left in the arrivals hall and follow the signs for Bus/Rideshare/Shuttle. Avoid following the ‘Rental Car’ signs. Exit the terminal, head down the ramp, turn left, and proceed to the pickup area. Look for the Simba Bus.

Vehicle Drop-off Instructions:

Please bring the vehicle back to our depot at 775 Kingsford Smith Drive, Eagle Farm. We offer a shuttle return to the airport terminal without a prior reservation; available only within business hours.
