Pick-up Instructions

After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, please call 1300 303 941 to request your shuttle pick-up. Then proceed to the designated pick-up zone based on your arrival terminal:

T1 (International & Virgin Domestic):

Seated Booth – Zone L, near the International Terminal exit doors.

T2 (Alliance, Tigerair, Virgin):

Seated Booth – Zone L, near the International Terminal exit doors.

T3 & T4 (Jetstar, QANTAS):

Passenger Pick-up / Drop-off – Zone C

General Aviation (Network, Skippers, Cobham, Maroomba, etc.):

Passenger Pick-up / Drop-off – Zone C

To ensure timely airport arrival, please anticipate around a 20 minute wait for the shuttle.

Drop-off Instructions

Please return your vehicle to:
6 Kingscote Street, Kewdale WA 6105

A Simba shuttle will transfer you to your departure terminal. Shuttles operate on demand.
Domestic Flights:

Arrive at depot at least 3 hours before your flight

International Flights:

Arrive at depot at least 4 hours before your flight
